Starting in my freshman year I lead a club which helped students share ideas for innovative products and services in a collaborative environment. With support from the college I revived the research organization from no attendance to being known across the campus. I worked connecting students to the resources they need to bring their ideas into reality. Innovator's Hour now holds weekly talks, lessons, and pitches for students from a variety of colleges on campus. I left Innovator's Hour to new leadership, under an e-board, after two years of being RIT's largest think tank.
